ERP transformation and AP automation

Manual invoice processing was tying up working capital and straining supplier relationships. We directed a cloud finance and AP automation programme that halved processing time.

The challenge

Manual invoicing, stalled cash.

Every invoice was handled by hand. Payment cycles stretched out, suppliers grew frustrated, and a significant amount of working capital sat trapped in slow, error-prone accounts payable workflows.

The organisation needed cloud finance it could rely on, and an AP process that did not depend on someone rekeying paper.

The approach

Cloud finance, automated where it counts.

We directed a programme implementing Sage Intacct cloud finance alongside Quadient AP automation. That covered OCR invoice capture, automated approval routing built around the organisation's real authorisation limits, and real-time financial reporting for the leadership team.

Delivery was structured to reach go-live with no critical defects: staged testing, validation against live invoice samples, and close work with the finance team so the new routing matched how approvals actually happen.
