Most system projects don't fail on the technology. They fail in translation. The business knows what it needs and the delivery team knows how to build it, but too much gets lost between the two: requirements blur, scope drifts, and what goes live is not quite what anyone asked for. DL Business Systems sits in that gap. We turn what senior stakeholders need into something technical teams can build, and stay until the result is working, adopted, and still doing its job a year later.

Senior Business Analyst

David is a Senior Business Analyst with seven years across finance, ERP, data and digital transformation. He is known for turning complex, often messy requirements into clear solutions that teams can actually build, and for reading a problem from both the business and the technical side at once.

He is at home bridging the gap between senior stakeholders and the delivery teams who build it, whether in-house or external, keeping both aligned from first requirement through to go-live. Good to know before you reach out.

How does an engagement usually start?

With a short discovery call to understand what you are trying to fix. From there we scope the work and send a clear proposal, with no obligation to proceed.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Both. We are based in London and work with organisations across the UK, on-site for workshops and discovery where it helps, remote for the rest.

Can you take on just the analysis, or the delivery too?

Either. Some clients bring us in for discovery and a target operating model only. Others want us through to go-live and adoption. We scope to what you need.

Which platforms do you implement?

Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, the Microsoft Power Platform, SAP Business One and Power BI, among others. Platform choice follows the requirements, not the other way around.

What size of organisation do you work with?

Mid-sized organisations and programmes across six sectors, from luxury hospitality and financial services to the charity sector. If the work is a fit, size is rarely the deciding factor.
