Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation

A financial services client ran its pipeline on spreadsheets, with no consolidated view and customer data scattered across disconnected systems. We consolidated it onto Salesforce.

The challenge

A pipeline run on spreadsheets.

The client managed its sales pipeline in spreadsheets. There was no consolidated view of opportunities, follow-ups were missed, and legacy customer data was spread across disconnected systems.

They needed one place to see the pipeline, and confidence that the data underneath it was sound.

The approach

One platform, migrated cleanly.

We delivered a Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation with full data migration from the legacy systems. That meant data cleansing and field mapping before anything moved, validation rules to keep the new records clean, pipeline automation, and reporting dashboards built around how the sales function actually measures itself.

The migration was treated as its own workstream: legacy data was cleansed, mapped and validated so the team could trust the numbers from day one.

Technology

The systems landscape.

The outcome

Visible pipeline, trusted data.

  • / Part of a programme that grew revenue 30%
  • / Complete pipeline visibility across the sales function
  • / Legacy customer data migrated with validated integrity
  • / Automated follow-up reducing missed opportunities

This engagement is presented anonymously to respect client confidentiality. Revenue growth reflects the wider programme this implementation formed part of, not this workstream in isolation.
